Royal Enfield Air Filters

Royal Enfield originally sold motorcycles, bicycles, lawnmowers and stationary engines, later becoming Enfield Cycle Company and finally Royal Enfield. Historically, the first Royal Enfield motorcycle was manufactured in 1901, with the Enfield Cycle Company responsible for the design and original production of the Royal Enfield Bullet, the longest-lived motorcycle design in history.

When speaking about air filters, it is hard not to mention Royal Enfield. Persistent, quality-built, easily washable, competitively costed and able to increase dramatically the horsepower of an engine: Royal Enfield’s motorcycle air flow filters drive a tough bargain, catering to every need that your motor may possess.

Royal Enfield high performance aftermarket filters

All owners of motorcycles always want the best and one way to achieve that is the increase in horsepower. An important factor in this area is the air filter. Exchanging the stock air filter with a high performance one will give us the maximum performance our engine can achieve.

The advantages of mounting an improved air filter are the easier maintenance as the filters can be washed and installed again as well as the increased horsepower.

In the following tables, we managed to gather all the pros and cons of replacing your stock air filter with an aftermarket high performance one.

PROS
  • Better Engine Performance
  • Better Airflow
  • Better Throttle Response
  • Easier Maintenance
  • Washable
CONS
  • Slightly higher fuel consumption

Royal Enfield 650 TWIN

The Continental GT 650 is built upon a simple motorcycling motif – her minimalistic design features a plethora of classical details that produce a general aura of “esteemed ride”. Structurally, the motorcycle is built around a steel frame, which is the very definition of “featherbed” (the type of double and closed steel frame on which the two-wheeled British design was built upon). To increase your 650 Twin’s acceleration and overall stability, consider getting a motorcycle filter.
